I am still on my minimalist kick and my paperless war is proceeding as planned.

I've been biking to work (18 min ride).It's reduced stress levels immensely but now I need more sleep(6-8 hours)like a normal person ahhh.

Seriously Johan, Black Magic is delicious with a capital D! Highly recommended. I pour that shit on all my meats, beef, chicken, goat, lamb, duck, buffalo, elk, human, cat, dog, you name it, Black Magic goes with it. Sometimes I even pour it over my quesadillas. It's how I stay robust yet lean @ 183 lbs.

I will be spending my Fathers Day @ the Bellagio in Vegas and while I am enjoying the delicious eats I will reflect on what my father meant to me as a child, what being a father means to me now and the consequences of my actions 4 years ago.

In late August I will move 2000 miles across the United States to be closer to my legacy.

This week has sucked/ripped/annihilated, far suprassing all previous known levels of suck by a whopping margin of + 10%. Overworked, understaffed plus overtime and no sexual relations equals Trouble. I've started running again to alleviate current stress levels, biking to work, cut down on the spirits and I am doing me best to "slow down and relax" (f*ck th@t).
